Grateful4u Designs – Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Grateful4u Designs! Because our bohemian, vibrant apparel and housewares are custom-made and printed specifically for you, your order timeline consists of Processing (Fulfillment) and Shipping (Transit). 
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Times
  • All orders are custom-printed upon receipt.
  • Standard item fulfillment takes 2 to 5 business days before your package leaves the facility.
  • During holiday seasons or peak shopping windows, processing may take up to 7 business days. 
2. Estimated Shipping & Transit Times
Once your item is printed and packaged, it will be handed off to trusted shipping carriers (such as USPS, DHL, or UPS). Standard shipping estimates are as follows:
  • United States: 3 to 6 business days after fulfillment.
  • Canada & International: 10 to 20 business days depending on local customs processing. 
Note: Total turnaround time from the day you click purchase to delivery at your door is typically 5 to 11 business days for domestic orders.
3. Order Tracking
The moment your order ships out from our printing facility, an automated notification containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier system to update your tracking status. 
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Grateful4u Designs is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to international shipments. Any additional fees incurred during transit or entry into your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your physical delivery address at checkout. We cannot rewrite or reroute a package once it has entered production. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as "returned to sender" due to missing or incorrect address information.
