Overview
This website is operated by Grateful4u Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Grateful4u Designs. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
Section 1 - Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 
Section 2 - Products and Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Our bohemian, psychedelic, and nature-inspired apparel and housewares are entirely custom-printed and made-to-order at the time of purchase.
  • Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • Production Variation: Because items are printed individually via fulfillment partners, minor variations in graphic placement or shirt blanks may occur.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 
Section 4 - Third-Party Fulfillment and Links
You acknowledge and agree that we utilize third-party print-on-demand production partners and shipping integrators to fulfill and deliver your orders. We are not liable for any delays, transport issues, or third-party handling errors caused directly by shipping carriers or fulfillment network routing. 
Section 5 - Intellectual Property
All graphics, apparel mockups, website designs, logos, and custom artwork displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Grateful4u Designs. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. 
Section 6 - Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
